We want you to love your books! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better ❤️

Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. After 30 days, unfortunately we’re not able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Just send us a quick photo at contact@greenybooks.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We reserve the right to request the item to be shipped back to us to approve the refund. The need to ship the item back will be analyzed case by case. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Sale items

Please note that only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace it with the same item. Simply email us at contact@greenybooks.com and mail your item to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
